Considered the first great work of literature, the epic of Gilgamesh now returns to its roots as a spoken-word performance at the North Carolina Stage Company. Acclaimed performer David Novak of A Telling Experience tells the Sumerian epic of a man seeking release from his own mortality as part of NC Stage's Catalyst Series. Wed-Sat, 7:30pm. Sun, 2:00pm.
